Their friendly and knowledgeable staff made my experience wonderful. After being with a large named insurance company for many years, it was nice to see that there are other lower cost options out there. I am completely satisfied with my experience and would recommend that you call for a quote on your home, renters & auto polices!

I called needing a auto insurance quote, I talked to Alex first he is very intelligent, kind gentlemen. That also saved me money. I called back to make it a sure thing because they were the cheapest around, and i had the pleasure of speaking to his wife Abby which is a sweetheart! Thank you guys for everything! I can not say enough good things about AW Insurance. Where to begin... Using AW Insurance is practical and efficient. Since they are an independent insurance company (not tied solely to one insurance provider), they have a wide range of companies and insurance products to meet your needs. The benefit to the customer is that with one call or email to them, they can price compare among companies for you - taking the time and effort out of calling several on your own to get quotes. I love the simplicity this gives me as a customer and we were able to save a couple hundred dollars on our car and homeowners insurance! Alex and Abby are truely professional, and wonderful to work with as well! They're friendly, and willing to take the time to find the right product for you and answer any questions you may have. It's clear they know their industry well. They really go above and beyond to take care of getting your policies in place and do a lot of the legwork for you (getting the right info, working through the underwriting process, etc) and are always prompt to repsond to emails or calls. All of our paperwork was done electronically which was a big plus! I really can't say enough great things about this business and I'd highly recommend them!

I had never gone through an independent agent before, but when I needed to get a new quote on my auto insurance, I found out it was so much easier to have Alex do all the work for me. In the past, I've shopped around and gotten different quotes from each carrier, then had to deal with follow-up calls from six different agents even after I had made my choice. This time, I made one phone call to AW, gave him my information, and received a call back within 15 minutes. He had looked up my current policy to see what kind of coverage I had, then shopped around to find the best plan at the lowest cost for me. He was clearly knowledgeable and patient with all my questions, and I felt no pressure at all. I don't usually write reviews, but when I get the kind of personal touch that so many businesses seem to lack anymore, it's worth telling people about.
